    Do I need a pharmacy licence?

    In most countries, yes — medicines must be dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, and prescription-only medicines need a valid prescription checked by a pharmacist. Confirm the rules with your local health regulator.

    How does prescription upload work?

    Customers photograph their prescription in the app; a pharmacist sees it in the pharmacy dashboard and approves, edits or rejects the order before it is packed.

    Can I work with partner pharmacies instead of my own?

    Yes. The platform can route orders to the nearest partner pharmacy with stock, and settle with each pharmacy separately.

    How much does a pharmacy app cost?

    We quote pharma projects at a fixed price after a scoping call, because compliance rules and integrations vary by country.

    Do I own the apps and the source code?

    Yes. MVP and custom projects include the full source code of every app, the API and the admin panel. White-label projects include a perpetual licence to run the platform under your brand.
