Joldisoft LLC is a United States company organized under the laws of the State of Montana. Our engineering and operations team works from our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy applies to both.

For the purposes of data protection law, Joldisoft LLC is responsible (the "controller") for the personal information described in this policy. When we build or operate an application for a client, the client is responsible for the personal data of that application's end users, and we process that data only on the client's instructions.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you give us: name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, country, billing address and the project details you send through our forms, email, WhatsApp, calls or meetings.
- Project access and credentials: server, hosting, cloud, app store, API, payment gateway and database access that you provide so we can build, deploy or maintain your project.
- Billing information: invoices, payment records and transaction IDs. Card payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Stripe). We never store full card numbers on our systems.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and time of visit, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Information
- To reply to your enquiries, prepare proposals and schedule calls.
- To build, test, deploy, support and maintain the Services you order.
- To send invoices, collect payments and keep accounting and tax records.
- To send service updates and important administrative notices.
- To send marketing emails, only where allowed by law. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link (as required by the US CAN-SPAM Act).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To keep our systems secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, under confidentiality obligations. Depending on the service used, these may include: website hosting (Vercel); cloud and servers (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare); payments (Stripe and banks); forms, CRM and automation (HubSpot, Google Workspace and Google Sheets, n8n, Web3Forms, GoHighLevel); communication (WhatsApp, Slack, Google Workspace, Twilio); analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, X); AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic); and development tools (GitHub, GitLab, ClickUp).
- Our team in the United States and Bangladesh, only as needed for your project.
- Authorities, when required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is merged, sold or reorganized.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics and, where enabled, advertising measurement (for example Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and X Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising through your browser, device or the advertising platform's settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.
6. International Data Transfers
We are a US company operating from Bangladesh and we use cloud providers with data centers around the world. Your information may therefore be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States, Bangladesh and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
7. Data Security
- All website traffic is encrypted with TLS/SSL.
- Client credentials are kept in encrypted password managers or environment secrets and are never shared outside the project team.
- Access to client systems and source code is limited to the team members assigned to that project.
No system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
- Project credentials: removed from our working environment after project handover and the end of the warranty or maintenance period, or earlier at your written request.
- Enquiries and communication: kept while they are useful for the business relationship, then deleted or anonymized.
- Contracts, invoices and tax records: kept for the period required by US and other applicable accounting and tax laws.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to our legal and accounting obligations.
- Opt out of marketing emails and of targeted advertising.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

10. Children's Privacy
Our website and Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
